For example, your assignee may need payment of salary in the home location with per diems and certain allowances being delivered in the host. We will take care of all the processing with comprehensive reporting to the home HR if necessary and ensure a smooth transition onto your assignee payroll with us and back again at the end of the assignment.

At year-end, we'll produce a full set of statutory reports for you and, where this is allowed, we'll file them electronically in order to take advantage of any government incentives to do so. If you wish us to deal with any tax year-end work for either the company or its staff – for example, US W2s – then we are happy to help with this.

We'll ensure comprehensive and accurate data is transferred to your existing external providers – your auditors or accountants, for example – which will save them time and you money. We'll work with them to resolve queries so that you're kept informed without being caught up in the detail.
